Instant relief!
I suffered this gradually increasing pain as a result of straining a tendon or ligament, from my heel to the bottom of my foot. I was hoping it would get better over time. WRONG! The pain intensified, to the point that I was barely mobile. 3 days into this. I went to Dr. and he told me what had happened and to get a CAM boot. I ordered this boot for same day delivery! Read the included instructions and viewed videos. They do not agree, on how to put the boot and cushions on.I chose to assemble the boot and cushion as an assembly; and then push my foot in, from the top. Make sure the insert and your heel are completely down and back in the boot. After tightening the straps; I was just amazed, at the immediate relief and ability to walk, without pain.I only needed mine for about 3 days. Do try and figure out a way, to raise your other foot-height or you will start having hip issues and lower back discomfort. I have had the boot off for 3 days now: and only have a light wrap on my ankle. I am back on gym working on upper body. I am still afraid to push or pull the sled. But tomorrow w will test it out with a reduced weight. I pray this was just an inflamed injury and not a partial tear. If I overdo it:I STILL HAVE THE BOOT!

Very good support but difficult to find the correct shoe to raise the healthy foot to height of boot
Well this boot is not fancy but it does the job very well. I live in Florida and never expected to wear a boot down here but here I am with a non-displaced fracture of my right ankle. No surgery needed just a boot which gives the support needed for the ankle to heal. Very grateful not to need surgery and have an appliance that is pretty easy to use; bulky but easy enough. It feels a bit heavy by day's end. I am careful to keep my foot clean and dry and use an anti-fungal deodorant foot spray and sock to help keep the liner and boot as clean and sweet smelling as possible. It's been a week so far and this procedure is working well. The only thing I have been working on is that the boot's sole is about a couple inches thick and finding a shoe in my closet for the left foot to even my stride has been challenging. Won't drive with my right foot encased in an oversized boot on my right foot so shopping is out. Finding a proper shoe on Amazon is my next stop My athletic shoe sole is only an inch high which would be the safest. I am on my third left shoe and finally found a sandal which has a bit of a platform so it feels a lot more normal when walking so I am settling into the process of healing.

Great Boot and Very Durable
This boot has been great. After my ankle surgery, the surgeon said I could walk on it but needed to remain in the boot for 60 days, 24/7, minus showers. It has had a ton of abuse, lots of walking, working in the garage, and I mow 7000 sq ft of lawn with it on, just put a grocery bag over it. The air system got a hole in it early on, but didn't need that function too much after the first two weeks. The top strap is barely holding on now, so I contacted their customer service, and they are shipping out a replacement liner and strap asap. I am as happy as I can be, being stuck in this boot. It is a quality product for unfortunate events. The rubber on the bottom is holding up extremely well and has great traction on smooth cement and hardwoods. If you happen to be a size 13 like me, get the XL; my toes are right to the edge on the L.

Really helps with pain
Edit: I decided that the size M was a bit too big. I ordered the S and it fits perfectly and I can still move my foot a bit. I feel like the support is better in the S. Keep in mind that these boots are roomy, so if you are between sizes, it is okay to order smaller.I purchased this boot for a sore, possibly sprained ankle. I wasn't sure whether to get a SM or M size. I wear either an 8.5 or a 9 women's shoe. I read lots of reviews to try to get an idea which would fit better. I ended up ordering a Medium. It fits very well with just a little wiggle room, which I don't mind. Keeping my foot and ankle supported like this takes the pain away. I can move easily, but not twist my ankle, which was the thing that hurt the most. Keeping my foot flat with this boot also helps with pain. I highly recommend it. That said, the way that the boot hits my upper shin started to cause some soreness. I saw where someone else mentioned this same problem and they put some cloth inside the boot. I suggest using the little pads (that come with the boot) where you may feel this pressure. Other than that one issue, I am completely satisfied.

The Boot That Turned Me Into a Mobile Legend
Crutches are out folks and this boot is in. If you enjoy hobbling around like an extra from an old pirate movie keep your crutches. If you want to walk with dignity and maybe even a little swagger get this boot. It is like strapping a small tank to your foot except way more comfortable and without alarming the neighbors. This product made moving around not just possible but downright convenient. I went from stationary houseplant to fully mobile in no time. The support is solid it fits like it was custom made and I did not have to master the fine art of balancing on two sticks while trying not to faceplant. And can we talk about freedom? I was able to walk around do daily tasks and even keep my daughter from turning the living room into a glitter explosion. Total game changer.TLDR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 starsThis boot gave me my mobility back and saved me from the medieval torture device known as crutches.

Totally worth it if you need to immobilize your foot!
This boot saved me! Ha ha. I got gout or something in my right big toe knuckle and had a very difficult time walking. My orthopedic doctor told me to wear a stiff bottom shoe to prevent flexing of my foot. I play in a band and had a gig to do so I had to come up with a solution fast! I wore this boot instead of a shoe for about a week and it helped me to be mobile in a huge way! It was well worth the money and well made. It was the perfect size and kept me mobile! I loved this thing!
