I have to take special vitamins after my weight loss surgery, and let me tell you - these ones are awesome! I was paying way more for other brands before, but these work just as good for a fraction of the price.What I really like is that you only have to take one a day. They don't upset my stomach either, which is a big deal because some vitamins can really make you feel sick. These go down easy and don't give me any problems. And they've got all the iron and other stuff my doctor says I need.

I feel so good when I take them

I’m 12 years out of surgery and, like many of us, I got a little complacent about taking vitamins regularly. Decided it was time to get serious again and started taking these. So far, they’ve been easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I feel like I’m finally getting some much-needed nutrients back into my system.I’ll have to wait for my next round of bloodwork to see the full impact, but for now, I’m feeling hopeful and a bit more energized. Definitely a good step in the right direction!
