It's actually alright
I have done loads of work with colour changing LEDs in the past and am a big fan of HUE. I saw this and wanted to give it a try. There aren't many UK reviews so thought i would add one. First thing is the one i received is faulty as the Green and Red connections are either mislabelled or mis wired inside the unit as I tested it on three different strands of RGBW lights and they all lit up incorrectly. Annoying but easy enough to fix as i just connected the red to the green and vice-versa.As for the product itself as the title says, it's alright. I am using it to control a selection of LEDs in my daughters bedroom and for that application it is fine. The colour wheel is not that accurate as you can scroll your finger around the wheel you just have to pick a point and press it - if you have used a HUE system you will know you can scroll your finger across and the lights change accordingly. The ability to pick a specific colour is a bit tricky. All the other features work well though such as the mode selector, white button and 60s off timer. If i had LEDs in my kitchen or as a feature in another room I probably wouldn't use this switch and opt for something like HUE instead but if your budget doesn't allow then this is a great solution. The unit is really well made (apart from the mis wiring on mine) and it does look very professional wall mounted. Mounting it was fine as well, it clipped to the back box fitting easily and is very sturdy.
