I wasted my money
After putting the plug into socket and power put on, the switch on the device was disconnected with the wire. Electrician was called at home , he charged Rs. 200 for the service. After that again the wire got burnt and I went to a shop for getting the circuit repaired. The electrician showed that the tube-light was of 8 watt and chock was of 40 watt, there could have been a fatal electrical accident. It is kept in the shop for re-engineering.After the electrician refitted and re-engineered the tube glowed but the ends were becoming red indicating improper circuit and component.All the electrician who has seen the internal components are saying how can such a big company use 40 watt chock for 8 watt tube light, to adjust the flow of electricity, the electrician is re-engineering it with added on components. I wasted my money.
