When you are buying an electrical device for only 500 and something bucks you cannot expect to have a drill the same quality as dremel. But when people give the product a one star based on the bits not fitting it isn't true. You have to press the switch until it go fully down then unscrew the top till the bit fits. And the electrical cord will only work if it fits tightly in a socket any loose moment and it won't work. But when it does it has a powerful motor and the bit are great. The only downer is that the instructions say there is an indicator light and the drill actually doesn't.

I cannot use it as it doesn’t work! The drill tips don’t fit into the pen. A big disappointment I and what worse is that I cannot return or replace the merchandise.why Amazon is selling these kind of worst products.ther is negative rating option else will put -5 * for this product and seller

Amazing product,in this little price... The only drawback in this machine is that the cable provided with the machine is too short.. You need an extension to work with. Overall great product. Loved this.

best product for diy we can say that price is ok for this type of product i am using it from last 8 months and its great you can check my youtube video on my channel sukhan chand and you can do crafting work and carving,rubbing its good at all

Received today nice and it works! Had everything included in it and was looking almost the same it works amazingly and does the job good for resin work loved it for the price could be 500 or 600 max but still is good thanks to the seller

Wasn't able to drill a hole in the popsicle stick bus was able to carve. It enen stops when the pressure is applied to carve. But considering the mobility and size it's a nice product but not powerful enough

Not working at all. The charger given with the product doesn't match. It's not fitting.Didn't do any quality check before sending to customer. Just send it for the sake of it.Very wrong.
