These dressings do not have any adhesive on them. They are true to size 10cm x 10cm. You place the shiny siide of the dressing to the wound. These dressings do naturally stick to any wound that is wet.

These wound dressings are available in smaller sizes in many pharmacies, however, having just had my first tattoo, I needed something that would cover the upper arm area whilst I was at work.Knowing how good the small readily available dressings are, I came to my ‘shop’ of choice, Amazon, to see if larger ones were available and I found these. Perfect, I am now confident my tattoo is now safe from scratches, chafing and infection. Thanks.If I need a smaller dressing, these are easy to cut to size and while not as sterile, can be popped in to a small clean bag and kept for padding of blisters etcThey are priced really well too

Large size ordered but there are smaller ones available. Much better to put on a wound because it stops gauze sticking, which can be painful to take off.

I use these to cushion the soles of my feet as they are very sore due to skin keeps coming of with all the creams

I tend to use these instead of actual plasters as they don`t rip the skin off when you try to take them off. They can easily be cut to the required size and I use micro pore tape to secure it to skin. Especially good on elderly delicate skin that can tear very easily
