First of all, I already have a hand held percussion massager. I bought this one, because my hand held one is rather heavy, and somewhat cumbersome, to try and massage my neck shoulders or back. I found this massager to be nothing short of amazing in the way I can easily reach and effectively massage my upper and lower neck, shoulderblades and upper back and even lower back to some degree. It takes a short bit to get used to, but after getting the hang of it, I can get a quick effective massage and muscle tightness relief in a matter of about 5 minutes. the motor is strong enough, but not too strong and I do not feel any pain from it, no matter what, though I am cautious about how I use it. it has 4 settings, I am happiest with the 3rd and 4rth or stronges setting. the battery seems to last long enough without wearing down and I have no issues with it at all. I am totally happy I purchased this product and recommend it to anyone who has tight upper back and is willing to be proactive in their own health and pain relief. I also use it on my legs, arms and thighs effectively. It is light and easy to hold and control.

This is amazing. I have spinal stenosis and I also run. I get a massage once a month but in between times this will leave a lot of tension. I’m not sure why anyone says that it is too much to handle because there is an adjustment on it for the intensity. I have it in the middle. It really does a good job and the battery appears to be pretty good. It does plug-in like a smart phone with the USB port. There is no power cord for a straight up electrical plug-in. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend. I have purchased multiple versions, but this one is the best option so far.

This back massager gun fits somewhere between the massage cane and the massage gun. It does not replace either. The cane will always be better when you want hard, steady pressure; and guns don't do that. The standard (I mean the heavy-duty, pistol-shaped) massage gun will always be better when you want a heavy pounding. For this back massager gun:Pros: can reach you back, unlike earlier-generation models that merely vibrated it has 12mm of stroke so it actually percusses like a massage gun shouldCons: the goose neck is made of flexible spring steel so you can't muscle it like the cane, it's constructed much lighter than a heavy-duty pistol massage gun so it doesn't percuss as intensely (but you back muscles tend to be smaller anyway).Verdict: it's a worthy addition to your massage arsenal, but I would get the heavy-duty pistol and the cane massagers first. Also consider the new generations of the wrap around the neck shoulder pinching massagers which provide excellent therapy with much less of your own effort.

Love this!!! I can massage my back now. There is always this one spot that I cannot reach with my massage gun, but now I can reach it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

This was my third attempt at trying to find a decent percussion gun. I have a chronic spasm issue just below my shoulder blade. I couldn't get it properly with the standard guns. Plus the power just wasn't there with the basic guns to really get in there and do the job. This little baby was awesome! Having the long reach handle makes such a difference. I was literally causing my self more back issues by try to reach around with the old standard guns. Ultimately I would try to prop them on a pillow. Obviously, that would only work for seconds at a time before it would vibrate out of position or shut off due to by pressure against it. SO FRUSTRATING! This "hammer" has a lot of strength and can get to every part of my back or neck with little craning or twisting. My only complaint ( it's a little one) is that the lifespan of the charge is kind of short. It doesn't take long before it has to go back to the charger. I can usually get a decent 2 maybe 3, 5-7 minute uses out of it before it has to recharge itself. I'm assuming due to the strength of vibration it requires. I never use the low setting so I can't speak to that. But full strength? It's a game changer. If they could make this in SUPER TURBO power I would be so on it.

Nice design with extension handle, but handle is slippery, and slide to easy so it doesn't stay in place. Weak motor if you apply pressure. It is more expensive then other. The neck is just a hose covering a steel bar. The angle is to small so can't reach properly. Had to straighten the neck so it can reach back at the proper angle. It is okay to use overall after straight neck more. But I proper try a different model next time.

Love the convenient reach around design while still being as powerful as other massage guns. It's light weight and slim so it doesn't tire your arm while using it, ans effectively dissolves knots.
