This is a great well designed vibration plate. Very sturdy and lightly slanted so feet feel secure as well as a strap to hold on to while stand up. Present it is too strong of a vibration for my legs as I will shortly have knee replacement. I had hoped to just sit with using it but again to strong for a very wounded knee. At a later day I feel it is a great tool for circulation and lymph movement

I have purchased 3 of these. Mine and one for each of my kids. I love the workout I get with this board. I tried another one and it did not have the same intensity which I love about this one. The difference in my legs, less swelling and no cramps is amazing.

This is totally a garbage item bought it in late December and it literally just stopped working, I know ive had it for a few months but for it to last just 5 months it's a total rip off, BEWARE OF THIS CRAP.

I was recommended a vibration plate by my message therapist. I keep it under my desk and run it for about 3-4mins at least 3-4 times a day. It has helped so much with my legs bothering after sitting for a long time.Vibration level changes can be felt and it feels well built. I got it on a lighting sale and now my sister wants one too. Hopefully I catch on sale again.

I love this product. I know it's for lymphatic drainage. But what difference? What I'm seeing is when I have pain in my leg, knee ankle or back. I'd get on the machine and it really alleviates that pain. The other thing, I noticed it lifted my rear end and just a short amount of time. I put one of those exercise paddings underneath the machine. Cause I live on a second floor and it does not make a lot of noise or over shaking to bother the neighbors. Great product.
