Hard to contact customer support
The media could not be loaded. Had leakage after installation.. got leakage issue fixed after a month.. now got to know that filter membrane is damaged.

Taste of water is very good, product is good but the provided pipes are not sufficient to set up a filter , we have to bought it seperately from local shop.
