SIKU2539, Rescue Helicopter, 1:55, Metal,Plastic, Yellow, Rotating rotors

Bought for helicopter mad grandson who absolutely loves this particular model. Item arrived in good time well packaged, but expensive for what it is but an ideal size plus the doors at the back open which is a bonus. Item is metal and seems quite sturdy although I have had two of these previously from other sellers and both have snapped in exactly the same place just before the fins and fenistron rotor at the back. Not sure if this is a manufacturer weakness in the product. The product itself is a nice weight and looks very realistic.

Unfortunately the packaging was broken and was taped up. It was advertised as new. It wasn’t , as apart arrived broken.

Siku is expensive but the quality of the Rescue Helicopter is excellent. My son loves it and as a result I will begrudgingly pay for it.

The body and rotors of this helicopter are great.However both my five year olds managed to break the skids within a week.

This is nothing but a very tiny thing that should be clearly labelled as very small for children who want a bit of a chunky item. The seller might say the scale is listed but in relation to what? A Sea King or Cheernook Helicopter? This is something for an enthusiast rather than an interactive toy or a gift. In fact, I saw a better, cheaper Bell,'s helicopter at half the price and in same category at Toy'R Us.

A much better quality toy than most of the plastics stuff around - had a nice quality feel to it and more like the quality of toys from a previous era. Should last well.

Not really a "police" helicopter, but my 3 year old did not seem to worry too much! And I'll explain the European Union to him another day! Good sturdy toy, seems well made, and a good size for whoosing around the living room. Not the cheapest but worth the money as it will last.
