Originally, I tried a hand held running water bottle but started to notice pain in my shoulders. Turns out the bottle was throwing off my arm swing and creating issues. I tried a belt but it felt too bulky. I then turned to a running vest but didn’t want to drop $100 dollars since I was really just trying to find something that worked for me. I knew I wanted a vest for hydration, and I wanted one that would not bounce. I also wanted it to have ventilation and not be too hot. I ran 7 miles in this vest today and am very pleased with its performance! It fits well. I especially like that it was not snug over my shoulders. I was able to move freely, and it did not bounce! I could get a drink without removing the bottle from the pocket. My only small complaint is that my water tasted like pool water. I may look into ordering a different bottle, but overall, I am very pleased. I am 5’5, 135 pounds and ordered the XS/S. (I also normally do not do reviews but felt compelled to do so because so many other reviews led me here. Hope this helps!)

This vest comes just as described. If you are between sizes, I would size down. I am 5'8 and about 150lbs so I was torn but decided on the smaller size based on others' reviews. This is super simple to put on, wear, and even travel with as it folds really small. The pockets are nice and deep so they fit my iPhone 16 ProMax with no problem, even with my case on.

I loveeee this runner vest. I got it to start running, I was tired of carrying things in my hand or having a fanny pack. This also comes with a water bottle, it has compartments that fit my phone; keys; wallet, and it has reflective strips along the vest which is super helpful for running at night.

I’ve been wearing this vest on my long runs for the past 8 months and I’ve loved it! If you’ve never worn a vest on hikes or runs before you definitely have to get used to the added weight and feel at first, but then it’s wonderful. It holds all my essentials and I love the water pouch it comes with!My only complaints are very minor but slightly annoying at times—the velcro that closes the pouch where you keep your phone has gotten a lot less grippy overtime, and sometimes I notice it flaps open which makes me worry that my phone/gels are going to fall out. The tightening straps on the vest also tend to loosen while I’m running, so I have to adjust those when I start to notice the vest moving around more than normal.These are by no means major issues, just something I’ve noticed with more use. I might recommend a vest with a button or zipper closure for your phone instead if that’s a concern, but it’s still a great option! I love the pink color too!

This was a spontaneous buy for me, but the best thing I’ve bought this year.This product helps me keep my hands free and I am able to freely move without feeling the weight of my items such as my phone and Vaseline.I was so happy to find out that there was even a pocket in the back to put more entities in.I am 5’3 and got a M/L, and the fit was perfect. The adjustable straps were perfect and did not adjust/loosen unless I touched it.The bottle is able to fit more than enough water, even for my 6 mile run my bottle was still 3/4 full. Throughout my run the bottle never spilled and the cap never came off which was great.

Love all the pockets on this. I can bring my water, keys, and ID with no bulk. The vest practically weighs nothing so I will put this in over my weighted vest since the weighted vest has no pockets.
