So far, it is compact and feels sturdy. Has plenty of different ways to charge different devices. I’ve charged my phone, laptop, and my collection of rechargeable batteries I use when camping. Seems to provide a decent amount of charge even when having multiple devices plugged in at once.This paired nicely with my 100W TopSolar portable solar panel which came with the needed adapter to plug right in and start charging the device. Took around 1 hour to charge from 1/2 to full. Just got this and haven’t taken it on a camping trip just yet but I try to always test everything before I actually need to rely on the product. At $60 this seems like it will do everything needed while also no breaking the bank.

Glad they warned me that it won't run something with a motor, like a drill, but it will recharge devices, and I did run a 32" TV just fine, along with having it available to keep my laptop charged up. This will be very useful for tabling events where there is no power hookups.

Portable and easy to use !

Last hurricane we lost power for three days I purchased three of them and they were wonderful I was able to power my lamps my desktop and charge my cell, buying three more for next hurricane season.

Made a popping sound and now it smells like a burnt amplifier. Still working though

Very useful, and the battery health is great. I don't regret purchasing this product. I am thinking of getting a bigger size next time.

This was great until it QUICKLY wasn't. We bought this less than a year ago to use for very occasional camping trips and emergency power around our house. We have used it once and now it will not charge at all. The light blinks saying it is charging, but nothing for hours. I wish I would I used it twice in the 30 period so I knew it didn't work and I could return it. Now we are going to have a scheduled power outage and have nothing. There is also no way to actually contact this company. The number on there website is out of service and there is no email.

First thing first customer service was amazing. I had ordered this portable because I wanted it just incase of an emergency. So when my package was delivered I noticed my package was outside but I didn’t go outside right away to get it because I was attending my daughter. When I was about to go outside to get my packet I noticed someone I didn’t recognize I didn’t think nothing of it until I noticed him walking away with my packet. So then I realized he was stealing my packet. I was home alone at the time and I was not about to open my door while I had my daughter so of course I let the person steal my packet. I contacted costumer service right away and they were so nice to send me another packet. Now did I report this men? Yes I did.Now what do I think about the item honestly it’s amazing it’s literally what it shows on the picture. The flash light is amazing if you go outside where it’s dark literally it shows everything. It’s that bright. I will be buying another one soon so I can have another one in my car that’s for sure that’s how amazing this portable is. I recommend this item. Especially with power going off at your home this is a great thing to have incase of an emergency.
