Fixed the problem!
One of our older double sash windows had broken balance pivot bars, so the bottom sash would fall out if the window was raised. Our handyman used these and problem solved!

They worked.
Not a direct replacement for my windows. Mine were longer and had three mounting holes. These lined up and mounted just fine. So far, so good.

These worked great as replacement parts. Having wide holes allows for different size windows to work. I have two different size windows with different spacing for the screws so these worked great. So far, they’ve been strong and great.
