Completely stopped worked in the six months or so since I bought it
Update: the motor runs when I turn it on, but the epilator head stops rolling when I put it against my skin. I don't know why it's happening, and I don't know if the product offers warranty.The build quality is pretty average, the motor sounds like it's beating up against the body, the epilator doesn't pull out much hair even though I tried changing angles, tension of the skin and running speed. It's also impossible to clean, the brush doesn't reach under the tweezer head either. Every time I tried to clean it, I've ended up just pushing the hair into a corner. If you have another 700 rupees or so, get the braun epilator. This was an absolute waste. I haven't checked to see if the shaver head works, but I don't have high hopes.

Never buy this
I wish there was an option of negative points . Have been using this product for just 2 months and it been not bad but the worst . Please don't buy. I fell for the cheap cost . Better to buy some branded one with a higher price which will last long .

Hygiene and proper packaging
Love it's packaging and the colour of this product easy to carry and it is very convenient to use, ultimately I love the Product.
