not bad tasting, made in Japan, expensive but good value for the amount of C. sinensis in them
These shots have a lot of sweeteners in them so they go down pretty tolerably (four different sweeteners are they have honey, erythritol, trehalose, and palatinose). No where on the packaging or the product page dose it specifically say this uses cordyceps sinensis, but all the photos show that form, so I believe that they are using the sinensis variety which is the expensive limited harvest most health benefits one. Most supplements use C. militaris which is a different species with lesser health benefits that is cheaper and more readily available. These shots are a product of Japan so I feel like they are more trustworthy than some other countries of origin. These shots have 900mg of cordyceps in them which is pretty good, high end genuine C sinensis capsules usually only have 400mg per serving. To make these stretch a little longer I did try to drink half and refrigerate the other half for the next day. Unfortunately I was not able to afford buying a second box so I really did not get to take these shots long enough to see noticeable changes and also without lab testing there is just no way if these had any effect (I got it for a thyroid condition). Anyway, for the amount of C sinensis you are getting these shots are actually a good value and they don't taste terrible.

Good midday reset but was expecting more
With only 10 servings in the package, I was expecting a strong effect that meets the claims on the box from a single bottle, but that didn’t happen. I drank one bottle around 2PM and although I felt some good energy throughout the evening, it wasn’t much different from what I’d get from other lower cost supplements or energy drinks. The taste is okay but after a few minutes of finishing it I felt like I want to cover the taste with something different. It is sweetened with ‘erythlitol’, so make sure to look that up and see if you are okay with it.In summary, it does work but not much different from other energy and vitality supplements.

Very expensive, but if sinensis sourced, its the real deal
I first read about this strange fungus years ago and it's life cycle seemed straight out of science fiction. It's a fungus that's predatory and grows on insect larvae extending long projecting bodies out of them. Cordyceps gained wider press when it became the protagonist of a fictional role of mutating to infect humans in the video game The Last of Us which more recently was rendered into a hit HBO series. The real fungus was collected by Asian societies and used to treat various conditions and was believed to have powerful health benefits. Because of that strange and laborious method of production and harvesting, cordyceps produced that way, called sinesis, is extremely expensive; reportedly up to $9000 a pound! I started including a powdered product in smoothies. The dose was only something like an eight of a teaspoon and was most likely lab produced and is called CS-4, which is still not inexpensive but much more affordable. The purported benefits of cordyceps range from fighting tumors to increased energy and libido. What caught my eye was that it possibly promoted production of ATP which is part of the complex cycle of energy release in the body. It's difficult to determine its effectiveness since I take a variety of supplements for the same purpose. I was intrigued by this product for several reasons. First, it,s a liquid so its easy to ingest directly. The fact that its made in Japan also holds great appeal for me. Japan seems to have extremely high production standards. The price was eye watering for just 10 bottles at $12 each. By far the most expensive product I've ever tried in terms of health supplements. While not stated directly, the print media shows a photo of the fungal body growing out of caterpillars, which would make this sinesis, which explains in part the much higher cost. I cant say that I notice any greater effect taking this as opposed to the powder, but I do trust its purity and authenticity. Will I be a repeat buyer? If I could afford the $360 a month cost to take it every day, my answer would be yes. I wish I could afford it more regularly. If you are in a more robust circumstance and price is less of a consideration, then I think you might be pleased being a regular consumer of this interesting, intriguing and ancient fungus.

Very strong cordyceps supplement
I've been taking cordyceps for close to 6 years now. As you may know, it comes in different types (militaris vs sinensis), different strengths, and different qualities. This particular brand is one of the stronger ones I've tried. It gave me the "pure cordyceps" kick that I get from the higher-quality versions. For my body, the effect of cordyceps goes mostly to physical strength and endurance, not so much to mental clarity (there are better options for that). I could certainly feel the kick, which was more evident after a few days. The box came with 10 bottles, so 10 servings. Each bottle has 50 ml of a fluid that is not too bad in terms of taste, and reasonably easy to take. Note that each serving has 11 g of carbs, probably due to honey, so this is not a supplement to consider if you are on a low-carb diet.Overall, I am a little torn about this supplement. It is a very good cordyceps supplement, certainly a great find in a market that has a lot of subpar options. However, the carbs are on the higher side. Additionally, the price, currently at $12 per serving, makes it the most expensive, by far, cordyceps option I've seen. While it is a very good supplement, I am not convinced that the price is justified compared to other higher-end cordyceps militaris offerings.
