Good quality vitamin b supplement from a company I’ve bought from for many years. Very affordable with a whole years supply.

Great for a child as the tablets are tiny so not difficult to swallow. Fatigue reducing slowly after a month on the tablets. Strengths not stated in the ad but on the bottle they are as pictured (added)

Excellent value and just one a day needed.

Bought as needed Vitamin B complex , however i only quickly read the front Big letters for B complex. Please be warned that this also contains Vitamin D3! Be aware that people ought to take Vitamin K2 if taking D3. I don't think D3 should really be supplied without K2. Luckily i saw this so ordered K2 seperately.

Easy to take and I did feel a difference as I was not feeling exhausted anymore and my foot troubles seem to be better too
