Q: How does it differ from revlon uniq one all in one hair treatment? boxes nearly identical except for color of packaging and name.

The difference is the fragance.

Q: Anybody knows how to use it? There is no instructions at all anywhere not even on the bottle.

After I shower, I put this in wet hair, just put 3 pumps (my hair is down to my bra strap in back, normal not thick) mostly on ends then blow-dry warm heat, (hold blowdryer at least 8"-10" away from hair so u dont burn or scorch hair if dryer is too warm/hot) Not hot heat, then when hair is about 1/2-3/4 dry, put blow dryer on COOL to finish atleast 30-60 seconds or til mstly dry. The heat seals in the ONE hair cream & the Cool air sets the hair w/a smooth look & feel. Lovve this stuff. Been using it for a couple yrs now.. usually the coconut, but I'm buying the lotus flower (blue label Flavor this time) Hope that helps

Q: Does this have a strong floral fragrance?

It somewhat does, I love the scent so I don't consider it strong but you may. If your not wanting something that's fragrant you should try the coconut scent. It is alot milder compared to lotus flower and works just as well.

Q: Is the bottled supposed to be sealed when it arrives? Mine wasn’t and I’m not sure whether or not I should return it.

If your asking if the box and bottle are sealed. They are not.
