This is great, seen some on t.v. Keep your arms should read height, or waist height and twist them too. Bend knees a little. So good I ordered second one for my friend, even at 20 mins a day my waist has gone in.

Bought for a bit of fun, but you can get a good work out. Use it often but not for long.

Easy to use -not too exhausting

Does the job but poor quality, its quite small so not good for larger feet.

Very fast

Straight out of the box this didn’t feel well made. First try on it and you could hear the bearings or whatever mechanism connects the two halves were not the smoothest. Then, the next four or five goes after that, twisting circa 100 times each, resulted in the blue top half wearing away the black bottom half leaving a crescent of black plastic dust on the floor. Then, the final curtain, this morning the blue half cracked under my heel and so it’s now pretty unusable.

Not adult size. Not big enough for adult feet to fit on and if you try to use it the flimsy plastic top buckles and bends were your feet stand. When this happens will not twist smoothly. I am average size woman, 10-12 UK dress size with UK size 6 feet. Would think ok for a child up to age 10.

Bought this for myself as I read reviews & wanted something to help the belly fat. I use 5mins morning & night , you can certainly feel that you have used your stomach muscles afterwards. Too early to say if stomach bit flatter but time will tell. My balance is good however if yours isn't , you can still use it but hold on to back of a chair or similar to steady yourself. Great fun at same time😀
