Great for pet urine stains or markings
Inherited my mother's naughty cat. She marks despite being spayed and this handy flashlight helps me locate her no no's. It was great value for the money, easy to use, small in size so it fits snugly in palm of hand, beam of light makes focusing on area of interest super easy, product is functional and definitely recommended.

We wish it was a lot brighter. It works but the light isn't as bright as expected.

I'M NOT CONVINCED!
I've never used a UV light in my home before. I've used them in my job as a bank teller. It allowed us to detect counterfeit bills. I thought I'd get one for personal use to ensure my home's cleanliness. I haven't had any luck with that so far. (I'd like to think my home is completely sanitary, but I highly doubt it.) I am able to ensure that my paper US currency is genuine. I'm also able to get white items to glow, when all the lights are turned off. However, as far as any unsanitary fluids from humans or dogs go - nothing!. Surely, something should show up in the bathroom! Nope. Therefore, I cannot recommend this item for anything other than verifying paper currency.
