Beenax massage Ball is a very useful way to massage trigger points. I was sceptical at first, but the simple instructions it came with showed how to use it. I have a trigger point in my arm and beenax ball really gets to it. I'm a fan already, and will use it now in my daily workout.It is very well madeI coulldn't give it 5 stars for Comfort really as it needs to be hard to be effective. I would give it 5 stars for effectiveness though!!

The balls feel extremely well made and the silicone around them make it soft to skin which is a blessing. You won't harm your skin by just pressing the balls on specific muscle parts. Unless, you go rough with them... Which I do not recommend.You do get 2 balls for that price so I'd say is a pretty good deal considering some other companies offer 1 ball for the same price or little less. I would rather have 2 just in case I misplace one. Plus, I carry one in my gym bag whereas the other stays at home.

I work a lot at a desk at home and this product was recommended to me by a specialist, I was very happy to see that I was already showing good signs of pain relief after use.

Great product at a sensible price. These balls are probably a bit smaller than a tennis ball but not as soft. They are much harder and don't compress. They have a grippy rubberised feel which stops them sliding around on you or the surface you are using them against, i.e floor or wall. I bought them primarily to use on my lower back and I find them great for this. You can place them wherever you have your problem and having two of them means you can balance yourself out a bit. I find they do help a great deal and I would certainly recommend giving them a try.

Love this product and easy to take away in case/bag whilst travelling brilliant for my lower back issues to give relief and also use on sole of feet and calves.

I have a hamstring problem, I was going away on a sports holiday and was thinking of travelling with a massage gun, wasn’t sure what an airline might make of that and a coach recommend a lacrosse ball. It was perfect, no trouble in the packing did just what I needed to keep me moving
