I ordered this cold wrap during covid. I've kept in the freezer in the cool zip lock back that item arrived inside of. My work always has me on my feet, and in torch positions so my knee cap (patella) feels off at times. Today I wrapped my knee , presto easy good quality velcro, covers entire knee cap.A little r & r before getting back to work. I definitely recommend product. I also purchased the leg wrap too.

I have a knee cartilage and inflammation that I need to ice. It has been frustrating to actually put ice in something to press up on my knee. This is fantastic. Just put it in the freezer for 4 hours and then wrap your knee with it and you are hands free to do whatever else.

A little annoying trying to move around with it on, the black straps slide. But works great and definitely covers around my knee. I wear a size 6 in pants.

It works very well. Very good cooling coverage. Doesnt get compeltely frozen so its is able to be shaped around knee and remains cold suprisingly long. The velcros straps also work vwerty well and not uncomfortable at all. For this price Im impressed. Cant go wrong if using for knee painf put would also work well on upper leg and probablu lower leg and arms.

I have a torn meniscus and purchased this to help relieve swelling. I cannot say enough about how much this ice wrap has helped. I purchased a second one the day after receiving the first… it is THAT good. This allows me to always have a second one that is frozen. I would recommend this 100%.

This product is awesome so I bought a second a few days later.I bought for itis in both elbows from weight training. #HypertophyGainz - Both lateral and medial epicondylitis in both elbows. So glad I bought these.Good size, comfortable, and seem durable. Relatively good design, especially for the price.Only downside is there are no loops for the straps to go through to hold them in place which would make putting the pack on elbows much easier without the help of another person. Also it def does get cold enough for an effective 20-minute icing session, but if like me you want to do 20-On, 20-Off, 20-On you'll definitely need a second ice pack.

Great ice pack that you can use on either side. One side is plastic and the other side is plush. I use the plastic side through my pants. Stays cold. I did buy two to alternate them. Stays in place nicely with the Velcro straps. Highly recommend for the knee

I bought these trying to find medical grade cold to get down deep to the bone for bone on bone painful arthritis since other ice packs don’t. I also liked that it would stay cold for at least 20-30 minutes. Sadly these didn’t do either. They aren’t any colder or last any longer than all of the cheaper ice packs I have. It also does not provide compression as described. Pulling Velcro tighter isn’t going to create compression.These are very well made and very nice ice packs that are very large and heavy. Way too big and heavy to bring traveling. They take up my whole freezer. Also won’t stay on while walking due to the weight of them.But sadly they weren’t the miracle i was hoping for. For $40 this will be a returnI would say if you have no ice packs at all these are good and better than some but I have plenty of other ice packs
