Good insulation, stays warm/cold for a day or longer.
Very good for the price. Doesn't leak, stays warm/cold for 12-24 hours, the jute bag is a nice touch. The plastic does give off a foul smell to the water, but it's minimal. Would request them to use plastics that don't off-gas instead. The cup's inner plastic is stuck to the metal with glue, which sometimes comes unstuck. One of my bottles developed a leak, but they replaced it free of charge. Great service.

Disappointed with the Quality – Not Suitable for Hot Liquids!
I bought this flask just 5 months ago, and I'm already facing issues. The main problem is with the cap – the rubber seal has melted due to storing hot tea or water, which has caused leakage. Now, it’s no longer capable of keeping liquids hot for a long time. This makes the flask completely useless for its main purpose. I expected better durability and quality for the price. Not recommended if you plan to use it for hot beverages regularly.

We can only keep hot and cool water upto 1-2 hrs only. But it’s handy.

Quality Good, Performance not satisfied.
As per product description, Disappointed keep water as Hot/Cold till 24 Hrs. Actually hot max 6hrs.Otherwise product quality was good, stylish.
