This is the 3rd time I have ordered this exact item, the previous 2 were fantastic! This one? The bolts sent to secure the frame together are too short! There is no stability, and it comes apart when you try to move it. I use these on market days, to display my artisan soap products. Being so unstable, and prone to falling apart, I can hardly utilize this at any markets with the public. Tried to contact the company and customer service to get longer bolts, and was told my only option was to get an entire replacement or return for a refund.I live in Hawaii & pay for Prime shipping, but even with that orders take at least 2wks to get here.These options are no help at all, since my next market is in 7days.

We were unsure about this before we bought it. We wanted something different from the two-tier round basket thing, but we didn't know how this would translate. Basically, it did, but it didn't. What I mean is, it's definitely taller and sturdy, but it's not necessarily any bigger. It's in fact about the same size as the round version which I wasn't expecting. I'm not sure we really invested in the right product. It works though, no problems with it.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Has decent capacity. I just wish the gaps between the bars of the baskets were smaller because some smaller items like bulbs of garlic or shallots can fall through the spaces. Still a worthwhile buy.
