Excellent quality
Extremely bitter but then that is how ceremonial cacao is. Good quality.

Insanely good
This is the best tasting cacao/chocolate I've ever tasted. I've eaten raw 100% chocolate for several years, trying different ones, but this blows the others away. It's so mellow and 'creamy'.

Great
Came in a nice natural bag with a zip lock. Inside big hard non uniform chunks of raw chocolate. Maybe I would prefer slightly smaller chunks because each time I tried to cut it I was making a proper mess.I usually used a big chunk with some other ingredients (cashew milk, dates, cinnamon, turmeric and chia seeds) and blend it in vitamix into thicker desert like drink or heated up non dairy milk and let it slowly melt inside it and eating slowly, melting bit by bit and dipping it back into a hot milk.Or on the stove making a proper hot chocolate but I think that way I was heating it too much.Very bitter to eat on its own but when I got munchies I cut a tiny bit. I don’t really like to eat dark chocolates but I like this. It feels quite heavy/oily somehow (as opposed to cocoa nibs) .Expensive treat for grey days. Energising and comforting too.

Ceremonial Grade Cacao
Ceremonial-grade cacao offers a rich, earthy flavor and a deep, grounding experience. It’s packed with antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds, making it great for meditation and wellness rituals. However, the bitterness can be intense for some, and it takes time to prepare properly.
