RV Caravan Motorhome LED Skylight Roof Window Hatch Roof Top Vent with LED light

Had to send it back. We went to 3 different RV places and none of them could install it because it fastened from the bottom. 2 of the 3 said they’d never seen one that fastened from the bottom because it makes no sense having a seam facing upwards because it’s asking for water to get in. Anyway, we sent it back after spending quite a bit of money attempting to have it installed.

Old “design” (2012) was garbage. New “design” is awesome. The “Closing / locking” mechanism was redesinged and “compressed gas shocks” added. Much better. My old model “broke” in a wind storm. I do not believe that will happen with this newer model. Super Easy install. I ordered a model a few inches bigger than my original to increase vetiltion. It does not come with instructions. If you need instructions you should probably go to a dealer / Rv repair shop…Update! 09/2024. Coming up on three years. No leaks, no cracks and still looks good in and out. 👍

Disappointed in the quality for how much these cost. It leaks during heavy rain. The closing mechanism is clunky and cheap. There's already UV damage to the interior plastic after being installed for one year. Wouldn't buy this one again.

Only gave 1 star because I had to there’s no option for zero horrible quality Inner trim doesn’t attach to the outer didn’t come with instructions or the correct hardware the seller is ZERO help don’t waste your money or time on this skylight there’s better units

I broke the lid on the unit and need a replacement cover. There is no where on the internet or via Amazon to reach whoever (in China) made this thing. For $550...get a known brand I guess.
