THE best gentle lead design I have ever used!
I LOVE this! Could have sized down but didnt know how big my dog would get so size is still good. My 60lb bully mix is the tightest notch on the size 5. Functions WAY better than the crappy petsmart versions that pull to the side and fasten with a plastic clip a cat could break off. Love the blue color for my boy, nice and bright! I also love that I can take it off his muzzle without removing it, very convenient for training! I’ll sometimes put it on but not muzzle him with it so he knows if he acts up it goes on real quick! Metal clasps give a great sense of security on its durability too! I recommend it to everyone I encounter with a regular gentle lead! Wish i had this when I had my 80lb pitbull! Its AMAZING truly!

MIRACULOUS!
This collar is a miracle. I have recently added an abandoned, neglected pit bull/boxer mix dog to my home. He's 70 lbs and approx. 3 1/2 years old. He was never socialized and had no idea how to walk on a leash. He was tied to a tree his whole life and left in a basement all day. When I first got him, he would pull me all over the neighborhood. People would stop their cars and say "I don't think you're walking that dog, but that dog is definitely walking you!" I hired a dog obedience trainer, and he had me get a pinch/prong collar. That collar helped a little, but if he wanted to pull me somewhere, he would endure the pain of the pinch collar and still pull. I tried a harness, and while that was better than just a plain old collar, he still pulled like crazy. I then got the "Halti Opti Fit" collar. This definitely helped with pulling, but my dog hated being led with the strap underneath his chin. He would jerk his head side to side, and was just very unhappy (and i was very anxious and nervous). On top of that, the Halti Optifit broke after only 2 days. The material was thin and cheap. Enter the Canny Collar. This collar is wonderful. Well made, seems very durable, and a very smartly made collar. I got my dog the size 4. Initially I got him the size 3 because reviews on here said it runs big, but that was almost too small. If he even gains 2 lbs. more, the size 3 would not fit. He has a big neck and a long muzzle. My dog initially fought the strap that goes around his muzzle; he would try to pull it off with his paws and went crazy flying through the house! I walked him all over my house (indoors), and gave him a treat every 5 feet, and he relaxed after only 5-10 minutes. After only that initial craziness, he never fought the collar again. He walked on this leash so peacefully and calmly, it was amazing. He wouldn't pull me, and when we would walk past other dogs, he would pretty much keep walking (maybe a slight growl, but kept walking). I think this collar is sturdy and strong, and doesn't seem like it will ever slip off. I suggest you watch the video on the Canny Collar website to see how to put it on, because it's a little tricky at first. It only takes 1 time to figure it out.... I highly suggest this collar! Has brought me so much peace, has lessened my anxiety greatly (and my dog's), and is starting to make walking my dog a joy!!

Effective and Humane
So far as I can tell, this is the most effective training device I've found for my 130-lb Golden. He's 6 years old and is an incredibly strong dog who loves to try to greet every animal and human he comes across.Nothing has worked quite so well as this collar in keeping him under control when we're out walking (full disclosure: as of late, we haven't walked in any busy areas with the collar on - I will update as soon as that happens).I've tried a Halti which he pawed off within seconds. I've tried a Gentle Leader which only kind of worked (it took him longer to get it off, but because it fastens under the chin it took just a few tries).I have been walking him on an Easy Walk harness, which slows him down somewhat, and it does keep him from stopping to get it off every few feet (as with the head harness), but because it still allows his head to go every which way, it's often still difficult to walk him. I have had to tire him out with a vigorous game of fetch before even thinking of walking him, up to now.I like the Canny Collar because it's much easier to use and more effective. It loosens up when he's not pulling, and because it fastens behind his head, there's nothing he can do to get it off his snout. I feel more secure when we're out walking because I know he's not going to catch me off balance with his pulling, plus my hand isn't sore from the death grip I have to keep on the leash otherwise. He hates it when I put it on and he spends a good 10-15 minutes of the walk dropping his head to try to remove it, or stopping dead when he can't. We're working on it though, and he'll just have to get used to it if he wants to go for walks!

Poor design but good quality for a collar.
It does not work as a redirect face collar. I didn't want to return it after my dog used it, so I just cut the long, so-called redirect part of the collar off, and we just use the collar itself. The collar itself is well-made and strong, with a legit metal buckle to help keep big dogs back with you where they need to be kept. The size was true to measure, but the nose band is poorly designed.
