None. Don’t buy it. It’s poorly built and is a waste of your money. You can get something better from Michaels.

Q: Will a xlarge NFL jersey fit?

I believe an XL will fit with sleeves folded over or under. I have a 2X NASCAR Pit Team Shirt in it and it fits perfect with sleeves folded over top. I can not speak for a NFL shirt designed to go over pads and its additional length. May want to go bigger. My jersey fills the entire case inside with extra length folded under.

Q: Can you use push pins in the felt lining to mount baseball cards/pictures?

It comes with a skinny foam board to push the pins into.

Q: Can this frame be used in landscape sideways?

I can’t remember if the hangers were already attached to the frame or were attached them. If you could switch the hangers to the hinge side of the box, then yes
