My son loves the way these fit. Says they are comfortable and stay in place while he wears them. Very affordable quality leg protection from Champro.

My 10 year old son is a catcher and has used them for 5 seasons during heavy tournament play and winter training. He catches every inning and they have held up well. They are just starting to show some wear and tear. We are going to purchase another set. I highly recommend!

Excellent product. Bought these for my granddaughter's softball team. So much better quality than the set that Parks & Rec supplies! The girls love them!

These were purchased to be used to umpire baseball and softball because we needed the protection over the foot and traditional umpire gear does not have that. The pads fit perfectly, and covered the foot and top of the knee beautifully. Unfortunately, the ends of the straps next to the clips cut into bare legs (yes I know most people will not be wearing them that way) and left horrible little wounds all up and down the legs. This is helpful to know for those who may be purchasing them for the same purpose, and so be aware that you will have to make a system of pads, or use E6000 glue (special fabric glue) to glue small bits of felt or other material on each strap next to the buckle to prevent getting cut.

My husband says they work great. They are extremely lightweight but not great quality for the price. The foam padding is cheap and the plastic is very thin.

Fit was great, but after two months of use, plastic is already cracking into pieces. 12u softball isn’t that hard on catching gear, expected a little more use.

Reviews I read helped me make my final purchase. Got size 12 for my 10u daughter. We use these instead of the ones the rec department provides because they have the hooks and are much easier to put on and take off and they stay attached when she has to squat. If you are looking for something to replace the Velcro style I recommend these ones with the hooks. She moves very easily in them. They have a nice size extra pad above the knee protecting the upper thigh as well. They fit just right. She’s 75lbs and 4’ 7”. She is still in machine pitch so these balls come past at her and the padding is very durable.

Bought these for my 11 year old daughter as a replacement for her other pair and she loves these. Easy to move around in with good protection.
