I have been taking these for around 3 weeks and I just realised that my skin is looking really good. Recently I have just been using a tinted SPF sun screen no foundation and feel happy. Easy to take if you can swallow tablets. They are a good strength and do what I expect from a collagen supplement. Have put these on repeat order as they are also a good price.

I read the product is good for your cholesterol levels and re-hydration of skin and I’m sure it is having a good effect on both counts.Easy to swallow and to follow instructions for the best results I take them every morning on an empty stomach with plenty of water.

Brilliant, I feel they are benefiting my skin.These are capsules, but I like the fact that the taste is subtle, so I find I usually open up the capsule and empty it onto food. That said, I am happy to swallow them as they are if it’s more convenient.Would recommend and purchase again.

Been using Marine collagen for 12 months now, definitely helps my skin from ageing , not really noticed any difference in my joints but definitely hair , skin and nails...easy to swallow, will be ordering again

I found a couple of empty capsules in my bottle, so perhaps they had split for some reason, I’ve never had that issue before with vitamin capsules.

Got these a few weeks ago and have taken daily. I’ve yet to see a difference but I’m hopeful 😊. The capsule is large so if you struggle with swallowing tablets these are not for you.

This order is set up to arrive every two months, which it does, so hopefully I don't have to worry about it!
