I’ve purchased expensive product in the past but this product is just as good if not better. My hair has stopped falling out as much and my skin looks glowing. Not seen much regrowth of hair yet but far too early to see. Nails seem stronger after having acrylic, which just ruin your nails.Would highly recommend this product especially for someone in the perimenopause.

This product is amazing. My skin, hair and nails have never been better. My hair has gotten thicker just within a few weeks of taking these. Also I get biab done to my nails and nails just kept breaking or took forever to grow but by taking these my nail technician has noticed a massive difference in my nails strength and length wise. The only let down to this product is the smell of them however it is not unbearable

Reasonable ok to swallow,.... did I notice anything major no,... However, please note in order to see particular difference with these vitamins and supplements,... you have to take them for an extended period of time for most of them, in order to see any noticeable difference.

My hair has softens,my nail strong and skin not as dry.

Can see nail improvement after taking the supplement. I wish it was a bit smaler in size, though

Okay so I'm putting oils on my hair as well as eating and drinking right. I take these once a day too amonst other vitamins.My hair feels stronger but there is absolutely no growth.
