I received my refurbished Mavic Air2 very quickly, the only thing it did not have was the original box, which is understandable since it is refurbished. Everything came very well packaged and the case thst come with it holds EVERYTHING nicely (drone, controller , extra batteries, charger). I gave 3 stars for beginners as it is not as easy to get started as my Mavic Air and takes time to set up and learn the basics BUt do not let that deter you as it well worth it! The controller is soooooo smooth, the placement for phone is much more convenient and my IPhone 12 Max fits just fine with the case on- huge plus! I am very thrilled with the price, shipping and quality of my drone even though it’s refurbished. I have a Phantom 4, Mavic Air and have been flying/photographing for the past 4 years. The size is perfect to fit in my backpack for hiking(where drones are allowed) or purse for those occasions I pull over to get a quick shot of what ever caught my eye. Would definitely buy from this company again!

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to setup, and flying it was a breeze! I've never owned or flew a drone before but I needed one to do a personal documentary.This drone worked out to be a great purchase it comes with 3 batteries which allows over an hour of flight time!About 30 minutes per battery.I'm sharing a video of my 10th flight without crashing it!

I use this unit in my business. For roofing inspections and construction site inspections it is UNPARALLELED for the money!! Yes there are pricier drones, but for a workhorse/daily driver, this is my go to. It handles wind even in the windiest of conditions which allows me to do inspections when other companies "tap out" due to the weather conditions. Not for beginners (unless you wanna spend that much money), but is absolutely phenomenal for mid range to well seasoned pilots. It is great for professional use, and for hobby use. Just remember this one is over the 250 gram mark so you'll need to register it.

Well to begin I had many issues within the first 24 hrs and was already beginning to think I bought a lemon. Unlike the three other DJI Mavic Series drones I have in my collection, bought them all new and have NEVER had an a single issue, Ever. Was able to unfold the aircraft, open Flysafe and get my unlock, open Litchi or DJI Fly Nf launch within 2:30min. This Air 2 I had recently purchased was only able yo launch a handful of times, and then auto land where ever it wanted after about 15sec. of being in the air. Needless to say, I thought it could've been something I did within one of apps. Because I also wasted almost $65 in worthless apps thought were exclusively to the Air 2. Out of all the things I've ordered from Amazon this is the most unhappy I've ever been. Not to mention how long I've had to wait for my damn refund. Going on over a week now...

Upon receiving, I was missing a few small accessories, but purchasing this device refurbished you have to keep an open mind. So I reached out to the distributor, and had everything next day shipped to me with little no issues. The drone has been flying great and the images/videos have been great.

This is a nice unit. Bought refurbished. The only issue was a dead battery. The company quickly sent a new one. All is good and this drone is a blast. Very easy to fly.

DJI Mavic 2. Everything they say about this Drone is true.

I purchased this as a refreshed models from WBB LLC.When I first got it all powered up I was getting sensor warnings galore. I went onto the website and re-calibrated the sensors which solved that problem.Then I went to register the drone with DJI and it turns out that the prior owner had the drone registered. So I couldn’t add it to my account. Seller just said send it back. Well that’s fine and good; except they’re just going to sell it again and the next person‘s gonna have the same problem.I reached out to Amazon and to the seller and let them know that I’m trying to get this resolved on my end. I don’t want someone else to buy this and have the same problems. I mean the sensors are working now but they’re still not gonna be able to register it.Amazon really needs to show people if this is an authorized refurbisher for whatever product they’re selling as renewed. This particular seller is not authorized and therefore cannot do anything about it. Wish I would’ve known that before I spent all this time and effort trying to correct this stuff.
