Great radios but be aware of licensing
This was something that should have been brought up in the description. Unless you have the proper permit/licence to broadcast over radios, like these, you can be arrested for using them or fined. UHF, PAL and others (FM and others) have to be accompanied with the permit/license to actually use them. These radios are designed to transmit over long distances and are not your typical walkie talkies. So be careful. I am actually working on a video, right now, explaining the differences and reviewing this radio, along with a standard walkie-talkies set. And there is a big difference. My YouTube channel is Hayes Tech. So be looking for that one

BTECH GMRS-V2 clones
These look pretty identical to the BTECH V2 radio which I own 1 of. The quality of these is fair. The belt clip is a bit wonky but for the price, they are not bad at all. They were super easy to program with Chirp and I was easily able to transfer all FRS, GMRS and repeater frequencies in a matter of seconds. The BTECH model is 5watt, these claim to be 8watt. Will do more testing on these but for the fact that I got these on sale for under $30, they are definitely keepers regardless. The only thing I really don’t like is that these batteries don’t charge via USB-C like other radios support. You need to charge these via included wall chargers. I might pick up some batteries that support USB-C charging later.

Handy little survival radio.
Definitely a handy little radio for the money.I would recommend these to about anyone for radio comms. However, programming them yourself is a must. Though with the free program CHIRP it's safe and simple. And if you program in only the channels/frequencies for FRS/GMRS radios you'll easily stay out of trouble with the FCC.

Junk
1 radio was broke. The other seemed to work, but can't program on the keypad like similar radios. Battery life was terrible. When I purchased the program to program the other 3, my computer virus spam blocker popped up and stopped me from moving forward because of malicious malware.
