After reading other reviews claiming they're able to use these brushes for hummingbird feeders, I thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. I've had these brushes on my wish list for months now and I'm now wondering why I waited so long to purchase them. My one feeder holds four cups of nectar and has a very narrow opening. I panicked a little when the brush I thought would work best wasn't fitting into that opening. I tried them all, including bending one in the hopes it would work. No such luck. Never being one to give up quickly, I tried that first brush again, but first I let it soak a little in hot water and that time it worked just fine! Now I'm able to easily clean the feeder with just hot water and a little white vinegar. The straw brushes are wonderful for getting inside the little yellow plastic flowers, too, and this time of year it's coming in handy as my hummingbirds (aka the little piglets) are going through four cups of nectar a day!

This 5-pack bottle brush cleaning set is a wonderful set of brushes. The long handle brushes are perfect for getting into those narrow-neck bottles and tall cups that regular sponges just can’t reach. I’ve used them on beer bottles, travel mugs, baby bottles, and even narrow flower vases—and they work wonderfully on all of them. The bristles are sturdy but gentle, so they scrub thoroughly without scratching. The handles have a nice grip, making it easy to maneuver the brush deep into bottles without slipping or struggling. I also love that it comes as a set of 3 so I can use specific ones for specific uses. They rinse off easily and dry quickly, which is great for cleanliness and longevity. This set has definitely made cleaning those trickle narrow items way less of a hassle. It’s totally worth it.

I wasn't sure whether these could do the job as I had already sent back two orders. Well, I'm glad to say, I now have clean glass bottles.I have VOSS glass bottles which have a narrow neck opening but wider than a wine bottle. I've tried other brushes which were massively inferior (the bristles start to separated as soon as you start to push the brush through the 'neck). So when I used the large, (blue handle) brush, it slide in with ease. Very slight separation of bristles from handle but once inside the bristle bounce back into its original form. Then I used the smaller brush on plastic straws and again they slide in with ease.. The bristles on these brushed are about 1/3 inch larger than the opening so it's a solid fit and you can be assured the straws will be clean. Given there are more than one small brush, I already have a replacement.Now there a slight issue with larger brush (blue handle). As you clean the very bottom of a bottle, it's flat so the 'form' of the brush can't get everything. There are brushes with pieces of sponge attached to the top of bristle head but they are made for baby bottles with short handles. I fix this by putting in a small cloth (or paper towel) in first and then the brush. The brush then moves the cloth around at the bottom to finish the job. Then I turn the bottle upside down, bang the bottom of bottle with my hand and the cloth drops to bottle neck and I can pull it out. (if you use paper towel, pour water AFTER the bottom is clean, it forms a little ball then drops to the neck) Which is the reason for 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5 stars. If they added a sponge at the top of the bristle head it might solve the problem.With the other small brush will be great to clean the narrow cracks of a sink, shower, etc any small area which bigger brushes can't get to unless to press the bristle into the crack.This is the third set of brushes and having found these, I will buy them again if and when the bristles start to lay flat. Please note, with the other brushes, the bristle head ALWAYS started to separate from the handle as I tried to push them through the narrow neck of the bottle. There is very little separation and almost what is to be expected. So I do RECOMMEND these, will buy again when the bristles start to wear down. So hopefully they work for you.

I brew and bottle my own ginger soda. And it sounds stupid but this bottle brush changed my life. The long toilet looking brush is really good for cleaning out my water bottles but the bottle brush I cannot stress is phenomenal. The pack I got also came with a lot of other odds and ends brushes some have been fairly useful some are various length straw brushes. This is the my favorite purchase of the year. Again it sounds stupid... But it's the practical things that make the most difference.
