Excellent protection
Use these on all my hose clamps on boat. These help prevent cuts from sharp edges of hose clamps. Will buy more when these are all used up.

Keeping you from sharp edges!
After you cut an aviation clamp there's a super sharp edge, my pools Automation system mechanic was going to use black tape! I told him that I'll take care of it. I'm a mechanic also, and we used them at work to keep from getting cut or scratched...

Love Them
So simple yet so great. These slip easily on the dangerous ends of the hose clamps on my boat and protect me from those annoying scrapes and cuts I always got when working around the engines and hoses. I now don't get my blood stains on the fiberglass of the bilge or in the cabin. I also worry less about infections from the rust and salt that is always present. These are great on boats and would be better on cars that the owners are proud to show off as they look great. So good, I ordered more so I can give extra package as a gift to a friend that is on blood thinners. Love the KISS principal, (Keep It Simple Stupid) and these sure are simple.
