I like the cost-effectiveness of these ink cartridge replacements, but it's frustrating that my HP printer rejects them semi-regularly. When that happens, it can take several rounds of taking them out, restarting my printer, and/or unplugging the printer completely to get them to work, and sometimes after all of that, they still don't work. That being said, not sure that that indicates an issue with this product, or rather my specific printer as HP wants to make sure they get their "cut" on resupplies.The dock of one star is due to that, and the fact that I occasionally have had cartridges that leaked a little during shipping. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product and have reordered these cartridges for my office over half a dozen times - when they work, they're fantastic, way more cost-effective, print just as vibrantly, etc.

The cartridges arrived in 1 day and fit easily into my HP 4155 printer. Installation was no problem! The package included instructions (if needed) and even a return bag to send the old cartridges to be recycled. The combo pack is a good value and I will definitely buy again.

Waste of money. Bought in June of 2024 (of course the return window expired July 24). Tried to install on my HP Officejet Pro 6790 in October. I get the error "Non-HP Chip detected" cannot print ANYTHING printer has blocked the cartridges. Followed EJECTSTORE instructions on clearing the error, but does not work. Email and phone support is only available during the week and online chat address (ejectstore.com/support) does not work. Now i have to go out and buy HP cartridges (like i should have done in the first place) so i can print over the weekend.EJET has reached out to resolve this issue and offered replacement cartridges or a refund in the form of Amazon gift cards. Was very pleased with Ejets efforts to resolve the issue especially since the return window had closed. Thank You EJET!
