Top quality product with good packaging
This is my go to for post recovery. The packaging is compact and neat. Glutamine with lime and lemon flavoured Fast& Up BCAA is my post workout drink, I just love it. I have it after my workout during my intermittent fasting as well.

I have tried literally all types of Fast & Up products. And it is overhyped. Pre workout energy tablets, and now this which seriously has almost to nothing effect .It is no surprise that branded ,reputed products like Kaged, BSN etc have a proven reliability .
