As someone who has used preworkout a lot in their life. I have tried many many brands going back 15+ years ago. I think this one tastes great and works just as great. I might even recommend this over a traditional beginner preworkout like C4 or N.0. Xplode (do they still make that??) but it's not insane like the 400mg caffeine preworkouts available today.It's not third party tested like something from transparent labs would be, if you're super health conscious. But those companies are at least $50+ per bottle. I used both, and I like this one better as it's such a good value when you review the label.My only complaint is the 2 sided scoop. There's 1 scoop serving on one side, and 2 scoop serving on the other. I used this for the first time around 630am before the gym in a somewhat dark kitchen and didn't realize it. I ended up dumping 2 scoops on the counter which was a little frustratingI didn't have any grittiness at the end of using it, which is unusual. This mixed well with water much better than other companies and gave me great results during 1 hour of resistance and 30 minutes of cardio.

Delicious. Bought it more for the nootropic effect rather than the caffeine. However, even the caffeine is subtle (even with 2 scoops) the energy is balanced out by the mental focus. Blue raz baba yaga is the one I got, next time I'll try the cherry blossom. I still get hungry, it doesn't cut my appetite and have not had any jitters nor felt nauseated after drinking this, even on an empty stomach sometimes in the morning.

This is OK but the flavor is meh at best. Choose this because of the caffeine content. It delivers there. Get a real jolt before my work out. It's the flavor that I struggle with. The stuff never really dissolves. There's always a layer of white powder on the bottom. I guess it's the caffeine but I have no dat to prove it. Even using a stick blender won't make the powder completely dissolve.

Tastes good . I think it’s ok , gotta put it in water to really know just used my finger but it is cheaper than what I have been trying so if it does what I need then I’ll stick with this brand and the others flavors try out as well

Maybe I'm caffeine tolerant. I'm not getting that super energy as I expected from the high reviews. Wanted to try something different since I've been seeing videos regarding Nitro Oxide. I've taken fat burners for years but in capsules, since at least 1992, so I may be more tolerant to stimulants at his point. Four, five years ago taking using a private brand pre workout powder which was okay; nothing like a couple of capsules brands I used in the past. But Nitro Surge is not giving me that, "wow, okay I'm feeling it now, feeling, after taking it more than 30 min or so before work out. After 3rd day and using 2 scoops with less water, I did get the "flush and tingling feeling". It has a strong nasty after taste and the less water you use, the bitterness is strong Pineapple flavor). My work out is okay, sustainable with Nitro Surge. I'm at the point where I"m buying stimulants for extra energy since my weight, after years of discipline, eating habit changes, etc., is really good; summer weight 132-136, winter weight, around 135 - 138 at 5'9" (slim athletic build). I really want something that will make me sweat though and Nitro Surge at this time of year, March 2025 which is cooler, I'm not getting that sweat. Would like something that has an appetite suppressant aslo.

Been buying a few of these, I honestly believe this brand does what they say. I do not work out a lot, but my muscles are looking really nice on my arms when I keep using it when lifting my weights. it really wakes you up when your sleepy lol

This stuff is good I'm 36 years old with 5 kids bruh I be tired but with this stuff I only drink half a scoop and can work out all day makes my skin tingle in a good way also I have extra energy for my wife at night time

Worked great. Gave me an energy boost and made me feel good. Was easy to use and mix. And made me feel stronger with no side effects. Most pre workout I use gives me side effects but these don't.
