Have been using this all flu season, with a major outbreak in my church as well as having to stay with a relative in the hospital for extended times. It has kept me well through these times. Gives me a little boost of energy. The zinc doesn't bother me at all. Tastes pretty good for what it is. Be careful that you don't take another D supplement whenever you take these.

I've been using Emergen-C pretty much daily since 2020. I really like the taste of the super orange, it dissolves well, travels well, works well. I'm not a coffee person, so this is my morning drink, and I can tell when I haven't had it. It definitely gives me energy and improves my mood. OH, and I'm rarely sick. When I do catch a bug that isn't destroyed behind the immunity scenes, it usually doesn't take long for my body to kick it. I buy the boxes with 30 each and it comes to me monthly via subscribe and save, for less than 50 cents a day I think it's a great deal. I recommend it often.
