Serious quality ... I use it for the waist belt on a Swedish LK35 backpack to replace the plastic one that came with the belt which constantly slipped during hiking causing the weight to shift from my hips to my shoulders. This thing doesn't slip. At all. Nada. Plus, if I had to, it's well strong enough to use in an emergency for pretty much anything else I might need if holding body weight were in question. Thanks!

Solid with a satisfying click on buckling. No issues with weight or lifting persons with it very reasonable price for a solid bit of kit. Reliability is key in this area used day in and day out for as long as you need it.

Excellent buckle. I use mine on my rucksack for hill walking. Very easy to tighten and loosen. Metal so it won't break if stood on.

A most excellent belt buckle.simple and sturdy.

This is a superb buckle. I write this review to detail the size of belt that will fit it. The total gap/spacing available to fit the belt is 6mm on both parts.Three 10p pieces fit through with a little bit of clearance, they pass through easily. So if you want to fit the belt using the buckles securing bars your belt needs to be 3mm thick max. You can use the buckle simply passing it through only once then you have the full 6mm.I have found the buckle will not fit Velcro backed leather, Price Western duty belt or Blackhawk Velcro backed webbing using the securing bars.
