I bought this b12 supplement after my b12 level came back at around 110. I used this, about half the bottle, over a period of 7-8 months and got retested. My b12 had gone up to over 1000. Will be consistently using this particular bottle for the foreseeable future. It dramatically increased my energy levels throughout the day, and I slept a lot less. This has since levelled out.
