The Singleton of Glendullan Select Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70cl - House Tully Game of Thrones Limited Edition

Was very pleasantly surprised to find a bonus gift included from Hard to find Whiskeys when my order arrives - a miniature bottle of the same Whiskey (not GoT version)! Brilliant - got to enjoy my wee dram without having to break the deal on the main bottle!! Very smooth and nice to drink with a sweetness of an after taste.

I can't comment on flavour, as we are yet to open any of the ones we have bought, but we are slowly buying this collection. They are stunning and make perfect presents for my husband!

I do like a sweet whiskey and this is great. I'm not too keen on new oak barrel taste or smoked peat, so this was a great discovery.

Davvero una splendida bottiglia da collezione.Non posso dire nulla sul sapere poiché ancora non l'ho stappata.

Questa distilleria è una grande produttrice di whisky di malto ma la maggior parte viene usato come blende di Diageo ma questo Singleton a me non dispiace. Mantiene le caratteristiche profumate, fruttate tipico della casa.

Es muss dazu gesagt werden, dass es sich hier um einen eher einfacheren und unkomplizierteren Whisky handelt. Wer auf der Suche nach dem "einen tiefgründigen" Whisky ist, wird hier nicht fündig werden. Wer einen einfachen, soliden Abendwhisky für Einsteiger sucht, ist hier in meinen Augen gut aufgehoben. Wer den Brennerei-Charakter von Glendullan mag, kann hier bedenkenlos bei einem Angebotspreis zugreifen. Bevor man den Whisky zum Normalpreis kauft, könnte man als Alternative den 12 jährigen in Betracht ziehen. Dann weiß man wenigstens, wie alt er ist.
