Doesn’t stay on track
It is battery powered and contains all of the parts, but it was much smaller than we hoped. The train is so fast that it keeps falling off of the track. It takes a while to put the pieces altogether after it falls apart when it falls off the track.

LOUD, derails constantly, motor stopped working after 1st Christmas
I just came across this listing while looking for a train to replace this one. I bought this train for $15 4 years ago and I wouldn't pay any more than that. The construction is cheap and flimsy; the tracks don't sit level and the cars are so light they constantly derail. The speaker is also VERY LOUD. I had to put tape over it to muffle it since you can't turn it off and have just train running. I have this at my desk at work (turning it on for about 30 seconds at a time a few times each Christmas season - it's too loud to leave on) and the motor that turns the wheels stopped working after the 2nd Christmas. It's fine to sit and look festive but if you want a train that's pleasant when it's turned on I'd look elsewhere.
