This gift is so cool and unique! I ordered the acrylic block with the rainbow pattern of colors for my gift and the scan code for the recipient to hear the sound file through their phone. The process was super easy. After I ordered it, I received an email from the seller asking me to send the audio file back to them and they would produce the item. All I had to do was record a message on my phone, save it as an mp4 file and email the file back to the seller. The next day after I sent the file, the seller informed me that my item was on its way! Keep in mind, this was the same week as Thanksgiving, so I expected a bit of a delay in production. I was so impressed by the seller's quick turnaround time, especially around the holiday season!When the product arrived, it was beautiful. Nicely packaged in plastic and a tight cardboard box to ensure nothing would arrive chipped or damaged. I tested out the QR code in the corner to see if it actually worked and it did! The idea is to hold your phone's camera up to the code and it will pick it up automatically. A link to the sound file will appear on your phone and you just have to press on it to hear the sound file. I had to learn that the acrylic block had to be up against a "blank" surface in order for my phone's camera to pick up the bar code (I held it against my wall that didn't have anything on it). The sound file came out perfectly!I'm so excited to give this gift for Christmas - I know it will be a very meaningful and heartfelt gift!

This was a Valentines gift! I ordered it late but received it on Feb 13 th. Quick turn around!! The acrylic was heavy. Clear with no air bubbles. The red sound wave was perfect. No smudging or running together. The QR Code worked as advertised. Music clear and crisp. My Valentine loved it and plans on placing on his office desk as conversation piece Such a unique and thoughtful gift for any occasion. Will be ordering another as a wedding gift.Just purchased another as a wedding gift! I put their names, the date of wedding and the song they danced to. Can't wait to hear back from newly weds!

Came out perfect and QR code works without issue

I bought this for my newlywed husband. We recently experienced a health scare that could have ended very differently and it got us both thinking about the frailty of life. He and I save all of our texts and voice memos so that we will always have each others voices/messages to revisit if ever we were separated in some untimely incident.I saw this product and decided that if I could leave him one message he could always have, in the event of the scary potentials of life and death, that this would be a beautiful way to make it last.I submitted my order and voice recording and the text I wanted included. It arrived misspelled, but that was MY error. I didn’t realize it until I was reaching out to the seller about it. Once I realized that the error was my own fault, I apologized for the trouble and told them not to worry about it. Instead of leaving it there, they completely remade my item and sent a replacement with the correctly spelled phrase. I was blown away that they went above and beyond to help me despite the error being my own fault. I couldn’t be more appreciative as this gift is one I wanted my husband to always have to remember me by, just in case. This actually is a great gift idea. I was leaving for college and wanted to get my mother something that would help soften the empty-nesting I knew she was about to go through. So I got her one of these babies. The song I chose was "You can't lose me" by Fait Hill. The product did exactly what it was supposed to do. It came with a sound wave in a rainbow color and a QR code that plays the song that was selected. My only reason for the -1 star is that the sound bar is just a sticker on the back of an acrylic block. I guess I was hoping for something a little less destructible. Other than my own disappointment, this is a very nice product.
