This Premium wire consists of 3 internal Parallel 28 gauge wires tightly wrapped with 36 gauge wire. The wire is then Flattened through our unique process resulting in what we believe to be the best wire on the market! The wire is then cleaned, and coiled. THE FLATTENING PROCESS IS NOT A MARKETING GIMMICK! The Flattening process adds time and machinery to the process but is well worth it in the final product! Flattening the Fused Clapton adds surface are to the coil and it secures the internal wires. Extra surface area means more direct contact to the heating element.
