Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Contains 95% HCA

I've been very happy with this supplement. It gives you energy and curbs your appetite. I do want to mention , if you think this is a weight loss miracle it is not. Combined with a healthy diet and exercise it does promote weight loss. I've been taking it for about a month now and have loss several pounds.

So far I don't feel the Garcina is doing what it's supposed to do. It doesn't decrease my appetite so far.

I just started taking this product last week. I've definitely noticed small and helpful changes in my appetite. I recommend it to anyone who eats out of bordem or little junk snacks here and there. Definitely helps restrict this. However, I haven't taken it long enough to guarantee it fully helps.

I think this is just like all the rest of the weight loss pill. They don't work. I would not waste my money.

I bought this on the recommendation of my Doctor. She said it would help with cravings between meals, and it has. She wasn't sure about what everyone else is saying that it will help take fat away from your stomach. You can't spot reduce as much as we'd like to be able to. But it has helped with the cravings, so I would recommend it for that alone.

I take this every day at 11 am. I have a yogurt for lunch & light dinner. I have gained 2.5 lbs in 1 month. So much for helping you to lose weight!

Have been taking this for almost a month and have actually gained two pounds. On the other hand, I find I am eating a bit less at my meals, but I still have the usual cravings that I thought this product was supposed to supress.
