Imagimorphia: 20 Posters to Colour (Colouring Books) Paperback – March 2, 2017

It's just ok. I really don't like the fact that the pages have details cut off in such a way that it affects the overall look. If I didn't know what the full page looked like then it probably wouldn't matter as much. And the paper quality is not at all what I expected. I assumed it would thicker so you could easily use markers without the potential of bleed through. One of the complaints many of us have had about the books it that the page goes into the middle binding on a two page spread and you lose the ability to color the full picture, but this way is no better because even more of the original image is lost. The example above shows that the back ends of the Swans have been cut off because they the image is too big. Why not make it smaller so it fits the page and no details are lost??

Love this. It fixes my biggest complaints about the original books which is that they are 2 pages making it hard to color.

My all time favorite poster book. Paper is nice. Received a little late but worth the wait. Love kerby Rosane's work, and own all his books.

Love having these coloring without the crease in the center. Lots of great ones. Going to order the animimorphia one next

I often complain that artist editions choose an odd set of images but I can see the merit of these images. There are a few I would have included that haven’t been and a few I wouldn’t but I can’t have everything I want. It’s nowhere near the quality of the Johanna Basford artist edition colouring books, for example. It doesn’t really have any texture and pens do shadow to the other side. It’s stark white rather than off-white too. However, the pages are single sided so the shadowing doesn’t matter too much (though I’d put a page behind each image if using untested media to make sure it doesn’t spoil the image behind)The pages are perforated and, as said, single sided, so are perfect for displaying. That said, each image has a border around it which I find offputting. If you like to colour in your backgrounds you need to contend with a black line border around the image.Imagimorphia is my very favourite colouring book. I will love colouring these images and love having the option to take them out and display them (and I love there’s no crease for the images to get lost in). Each image is about A3 and the scaling hasnt affected the quality of the images at all. However, I do think rhe paper quality could have been better and the black borders somewhat detract if you wanted to colour in backgrounds.

I love these colouring books the poster ones are brilliant. The shame is there are not more of them I have all the imagimorphia adult colouring books, normal and the poster ones. I am just hoping that they have printed some more different books in the range by the time I have got through colouring them! The posters ones are a larger version of the normal books so you can colour them and frame them if you wish. You cannot go wrong with these.
