Not what I expected
It does not heat up at all, you would think cus its titanium it will heat nice and fast well I was in for a big suprise it didnt do anything to my hair I bought a 20 dollar flat iron that gets the job done

Sticky!!!
Had sticky tape like residue covering the whole outside. I tried everything possible to remove the residue and ended up sending it back. Couldn't use it without it ripping hair out from getting stuck on the sticky stuff!!!
