Standard Label Price Tagging Tag Gun 1500 Barb + Total 1 Needle

This is not the first tagging gun I have used, so I already knew the basics on how to load the needle, barbs, tags etc. That being said, this gun was a bit tricky to get it to work. The lock on the side wouldn't lock once the needle was inserted. I used pliers and got it to turn but then the barbs weren't feeding through at all. I kept removing & inserting the needle until finally it lined up perfectly and the lock moved freely! Once that happened, everything else worked smoothly. It is quieter than my last one and not as forceful. So I'm giving this one 4 stars overall for ease of operation and value. :)

Great product for the price. I used this tagging gun to label over a hundred pieces of clothing for a resale event and it worked perfect. It is small enough to hold with one hand and very light weight. it also came with tons of tags. I had never used one of thus tagging guns before and the instructions in the box were clear enough to help me get started in not time. Great purchase

This item does what it says, it tags items just fine. There are no instructions so I looked up on Youtube "How to use a tagging gun" and it showed me how. The only thing I did not like is that it puts a big whole in whatever you are tagging, so be careful when tagging clothes if you do not want a hole in certain areas.

The needle isn’t as sturdy as i thought it would be. It broke the first time i used it.

The tagging gun works great, but the needle that came with it broke on the first try. I ordered a replacement (Regular/Standard Tagging Gun Replacement Needle 08941-1) and the replacement has been working great. I am not sure what caused the original needle to break, but other than that the tag gun has been working like a champ.

I had my doubts when I ordered it, and I couldn't figure out how to use it at all at first. But then I watched a YouTube video on how to load a tagging gun & got it right after that. One tip is to make sure you put the needle between 2 fingers and hold the tag against the gun when you push the button, that way the barb goes all the way through. Or else it's not gonna work. Sometimes it doesn't go through thick material but other than that it's great.

Decent quality for the price but not heavy duty. Be careful with the plastic lever on the side; once it breaks the gun is done. I haven't had any problems so far but have handled it with respect!

I watched one short youtube video about how to work the gun and had no trouble. It worked well and saved me an incredible amount of work getting ready for my first consignment sale. Worth every penny.
