This exercise ball kit is amazing! First of all everything was nicely packed in this lovely box which if you choose to makes it easy to wrap and give as a gift. i would normally assume that something like this would be closer to $100 retail. But the price is reasonable and the quality is fantastic. Especially with everything that comes with it. Let me break down everything and go over them. Comes with the exercise ball of course. I ordered the grey ball and it came with a hand pump. Very easy to use and takes about 10 minutes to fill up with air maybe a bit more if your arms get tired of pumping, comes with 3 sets(6) resistance bands that very in weight of resistance (2 green 15-20lbs, 2 red 20-25lbs, and 2 blue 25-30lbs) It says in the description that is about 15 to 60lbs of resistance. It has a 3,000lb campacity and has a lifetime warranty, it is non slip, has 2 ankles straps and a door anchor, it also comes with a fitness guide or exercise guide. This kit is really all you need. The ball has 2 loops, one on each side to attach the bands to and start your workout. This ball is thick and made of high quality material. I actually paid almost as much as this just for a ball and that thing popped after about 6 months of use and my kids playing on it like the little animals they are. This ball however I do not have to worry about since it has a massive 3,000lbs capacity and a lifetime warranty. I am very happy with it and can not wait to actually use the bands. Right now I exercise on it to help with stretching since I am almost 8 months pregnant and my husband is using it to exercise with the bands. He says he can really feel it in his muscles. This physio ball is a great idea. It has always been a hassle to use resistance bands and stabilize on a stability ball. Finally, problem solved with this all in one. you can do all the normal stability ball moves plus the added strength training of resistance bands. I love this thing, it has replaced my old stability ball. You can use the old ball for trips to the beach instead. This ball has molded loops built in that you slip double d-ring straps through. It's easier to put the straps in then inflate the ball. The ball looks smaller than my original ball, but the instructions say give the ball time to fully expand to normal size. It comes with a poster that shows lots of different moves you can do.The equipment that comes with it are heavy duty. Solid d-rings, nylon straps, and snap hooks/ carabiners. The resistance bands are made precisely for this ball, it'll be hard finding replacements elsewhere. It also comes with a padded door anchor and ankle straps. The ankle straps are not padded, so wear socks or something. I took pics so you can judge. All in all I think this is a well made product which serves its intended purpose. This all-in-one exercise ball is SWEET!! I love the integrated loops on the sides that you can hook the exercise bands to. I purchased the gray ball. The ball was easy to inflate with the included pump. There are 3 sets of resistance bands that come with this, and they are different colors to denote the various resistance levels - green has a resistance level of 15-20lbs, red has a resistance level of 20-25lbs, and blue has a resistance level of 25-30lbs. Also included are a door anchor, a set of ankle straps, and a workout guide with a TON of great exercises to work your entire body. The ball itself has an amazing 3,000 pound capacity - I have not tested this :)I received the opportunity to give my honest feedback in exchange for a discount. I personally used this product. I love my new VivaFit Total Fitness "1-Piece-Gym Set". I was Very intrigued by the product and the fact that it can resist 3000lbs Amazing!!!. The material of the ball is very durable and resisitant. I've never seen a product similar to the VivaFit Total Fitness that can substain that amount of weight keeping you balanced while excerising. The resisitance Bands that comes with this product all vary in strength and resistence and have a comfortable grip on the handles. I love the simplicity and convenience of this product, because being a mom and working a full time job can be a handful leaving me no time for the gym. I like the large variety of exercises that are possible with this product. The pieces all seem to be well made. Including more instructions would be helpful, however. I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
