NuRetnol Restoring Eye Serum 0.50 fl oz/15 ml

I, like many others, ordered a "free" trial and was surprised with two consecutive $90 charges for the two 4oz trial bottles of creams 14 days later. When I called the company (4 times, I might add), the reps consistently hung up on me when I pointed out that their terms and conditions did not justify the $90 charges, even if I WAS outside that window. The later full charge was in fine print. In the email confirmations I received, it was not reiterated. I filed a dispute with my bank and lost.So I've ultimately unwittingly spent $200 on two tiny pods of cream that don't work well anyway. Unremarkable product, shady business practice, and worst customer service I've EVER seen. I'm eating the charge but will make sure to review this product on every platform I possibly can because this is sheer robbery.

I ditto the first review as to customer service. The 14 day trial began the day I ordered so by the time I go the product and let it sit a week I was outside the window. Ridiculous! Even if I had opened it right away, whose going to see results in 5 days! and be able to determine if it's a good product.
